Cinnamon Roll French Toast

NGREDIENTS

  • 4 Cinnamon Rolls
    sliced approx 1-in thick

  • Butter or Oil

  • Powdered Sugar

Dipping Batter

  • 1 cup well-whipped eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

DIRECTIONS

Blend all together well. Dip slices of cinnamon rolls into batter until well soaked but not soggy. Cook in butter or oil in medium heat skillet until browned. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
