Mesquite Smoked Ribs

Next time you are ready to fire up the grill or smoker for some delicious ribs, try this mouth-watering rub or tantelizing BBQ sauce from Cup Cafe.

RIB RUB

  • ½ cup granulated garlic

  • ½ cup granulated onion

  • 1 cup paprika

  • ½ cup Kosher salt

  • ¼ cup crushed red pepper flake

  • ½ cup dill

  • 2 tbsp black pepper

  • 1 cup chili powder

BBQ Sauce

  • #10 can tomato sauce

  • 2 can tomato paste

  • 3 1/3 cups honey

  • 5 cups red wine vinegar

  • 2 cups molasses

  • 3 tbs liquid smoke

  • 2 tbs cayenne pepper

  • 2 tbs salt

  • 2 tbs black pepper

  • 2 tbs paprika

  • 1 tbs garlic powder

  • 1 tbs onion powder

  • 2 tsp cinnamon

  • 2 tsp chili powder

For the BBQ sauce, combine all ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes. Label and date.
